Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, although we do our very best to get your order to you within this time we cannot guarantee the date of delivery.
Please note for Express Delivery:
If a PO Box is included in the address details, then the parcels will be automatically returned.
The times specified exclude weekends and bank holidays.
UK Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 5:00pm on a Sunday night for delivery on Monday.
The delivery times shown are from the date of dispatch. A full postal address must be provided as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Large orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause a delay to you receiving your parcel. For UK and Republic of Ireland orders, these prices are constant regardless of the size of the parcel.
BFPO (THE BRITISH FORCES POST OFFICE) DELIVERIES -
If you choose to have your goods delivered to a BFPO address please remember to enter your BFPO and code number e.g. BFPO 1234 into the postcode field. You must also select the Next Day delivery option at checkout to ensure there are no delays to your delivery.

For UK and Republic of Ireland orders, these prices are constant regardless of the size of the parcel.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS DUTIES?
Depending on the value of your order, your Viela parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of Viela’s hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
UK SAVER DELIVERY - WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you have chosen our UK Saver Delivery Service we aim to deliver your order within 5 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day your order was made (if placed before 9pm). Please do not worry if your order is not dispatched right away, all orders will be dispatched with enough time to be with you by the estimated delivery date. Although we do our very best to get your order to you within this time we cannot guarantee the date of delivery.
We’re very sorry but we cannot offer Sunday delivery.
WHAT DELIVERY CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We use either Royal Mail or one of our other delivery partners.
WHAT IF NO ONE IS IN?
A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
UK & Republic of Ireland
Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Please note for the Next Day Delivery service, the following areas may take 3 – 5 working days – Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Shetlands.
We also have a Republic of Ireland delivery services and customers ordering for the Republic of Ireland should order no later than 20:00 (8.00pm) in order to receive it in the next 7 working days. Please note that UK and Republic of Ireland deliveries can be made any time between 7:00am and 9:00pm. Please ensure there is access to the delivery address at all times during this period.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE
Unfortunately we do not currently offer an International Delivery Service. However if you contact us at vielacustomerservices@outlook.com we will see what we can do!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
We do not currently offer parcel tracking. We will however let you know when we have sent your parcel and when you should expect it by!
